Young Leadership Programs (YLP)

The Young Leader Program (YLP) is a premier initiative designed to identify and nurture high-potential young leaders. This intensive one-year training journey leads to the prestigious EAS IHHRM G23.0 Diploma in International Leadership and Management. As a flagship program supported by EAS Vietnam’s International Scholarships, YLP aims to bridge the gap between Vietnamese human resources and global standards.

GLOBAL LEADER STRATEGY (GLS)

The Global Leader Program (GLP) is an exclusive, high-intensity practical training program by EAS Vietnam and the Institute of SHRM. It is designed for global citizens under the age of 40, aimed at certifying their management competencies under the global EAS IHHRM G23.0 standards.

This program is dedicated to discovering, training, and developing global leadership capabilities for young leaders, young entrepreneurs, and high-potential candidates for these positions. As a comprehensive, rigorous, and practical training initiative, it ensures that learners achieve success and professional differentiation that far surpasses human resource groups from other institutions.

Training Duration: 12 months.
Credit Range: 30 – 80 credits.

GLOBAL YOUNG LEADERS (YLPs)

The Global Young Leadership Program for Students is a specialized initiative focused on searching for and training global citizens and Vietnamese students under the age of 30 to become Global Citizens, Young Leaders, or Entrepreneurs. This program also awards the global EAS IHHRM G23.0 Leadership Competency Certificate.

YLPs are not merely inspirational or basic soft-skills training programs. YLPs are designed to serve professional career paths, successful life goals, and Effective Life Management for a fulfilling and happy future.

Consequently, this program is NOT intended for students who are OVERLY BUSY with other extracurricular clubs or community activities.

Training Duration: 12 months.

YLP-ASEAN

The Potential Young Leadership Program – ASEAN (Global Young Leadership Program – ASEAN) is an initiative by the EAS Vietnam Scholarship Fund. This program is a direct response to the call from leaders of ASEAN member states to promote academic exchange and equip young leaders and future entrepreneurs with global leadership competencies. It also serves candidates aiming to secure scholarships at prestigious universities worldwide, adhering to the global EAS IHHRM G23.0 leadership competency standards.

Eligible Candidates: Citizens currently studying or researching at educational institutions in Vietnam or other ASEAN countries, under the age of 25.

Training Duration: 12 – 16 months.
Credit Range: 70 – 80 credits.

Teen Citizen Got Talent (TGT)

The Teen Talents (Teen Citizen Got Talent) program is a specialized training initiative consisting of a 12-month development course and a 15-day INTERNATIONAL SKILLS SUMMER CAMP. This annual event, held every June during the summer break, serves as a premier training ground for Vietnamese and international talents.

Target Audience: Vietnamese citizens from Grade 5 to Grade 9 currently enrolled in educational institutions across provinces and cities nationwide.

Program Objectives: The program aims to cultivate genuine talents equipped with the mindset, competencies, and soft skills necessary for future leadership, entrepreneurship, and global citizenship. Participants are trained to:

Foster Independence: Develop self-reliance and proactive life skills.
Transform Habits: Eradicate toxic habits through a rigorous military-style discipline environment.
Global Standards: Align personal development with the international EAS IHHRM G23.0 human resource standards.

YLP DIPLOMAS & CERTIFICATIONS

Upon successful completion of the YLP program, YLPers will be awarded the prestigious EAS IHHRM G23.0 Leadership Competency Certificate. This qualification holds global recognition and is issued according to each learner’s specific level.

Furthermore, graduates have the opportunity to pursue Credit Transfer to obtain international university degrees (upon request).
