Our mission is to become a Pioneering Global Management Education Group, empowering individuals, organizations, and enterprises in Vietnam to build strategic capabilities, leadership excellence, and globally competitive human capital.

EAS Vietnam is the only organization in Asia authorized to train and conduct global certification examinations for the EAS IHHRM G23.0 Management Competency Standard, serving citizens, organizations, and enterprises worldwide.

All EAS Vietnam programs are supported by 70%–100% scholarships, across nine scholarship categories, providing hundreds of opportunities annually for Vietnamese and international citizens to access advanced management education locally in Vietnam.

Founded on May 19, 1995, and led by Dr. Bui Phuong Viet Anh, EAS Vietnam operates under an International University–equivalent Quality Management Model, integrating SHRM Institute, companies, training centers, International University Office (IUO), and professional departments.

Often referred to as the “Vietnamese West Point”, EAS Vietnam develops future leaders who embody:

the physique of a model, the endurance of an Olympic athlete, the intellect of a scholar, the eloquence of a speaker, and the emotional intelligence of a psychologist — aligned with the Global EAS IHHRM G23.0 Standard.

PRESIDENT, CHANCELLOR

General Director and Chairman of the Academic Council of EAS Vietnam. The General Director is the person who chooses the research direction, training methods, and consulting roadmap for the Government, domestic and international organizations. The General Director is also the founder of EAS Vietnam, which is highly appreciated by international friends. The General Director has led EAS Vietnam to become an empire in Research and Training of Global Leadership as well as International Management and International Senior Human Resources.

MISSION

EAS Vietnam aims to elevate leadership capabilities and strategic management through global consulting and training services. We offer expertise in strategic management research and advanced workforce training for both domestic and international markets, leveraging the EAS IHHRM G23.0 competency standards. Additionally, we organize global certification examinations for the EAS IHHRM G23.0 management competency, accessible to both Vietnamese citizens and international participants.

EAS Vietnam is a combination of (1) E: Economic, Education, Entrepreneurship; (2) A: Administration, Agreement, Adaptation; (3) S: Strategic; Standard, Studies.

ISHRM is a subtle combination of 5 pillars through the logo of EAS Vietnam. It is not only a symbol of brand and identity but also a symbol of our creativity and commitment to quality and innovation of global standards.

The EAS Vietnam logo is designed on a circular background with the main colors of blue and white. The outer ring above has the words eas vietnam, which is a combination of (1) E: Economic, Education, Entrepreneurship; (2) A: Administration, Agreement, Adaptation; (3) S: Strategic; Standard, Studies , below is since 1995 , the time when EAS Vietnam was born. In the middle is the background of a successful castle and the global symbol placed on a background of 7 stars symbolizing quality, the straight lines symbolize books, knowledge documents, the letters represent 5 pillar fields besides other service fields that EAS Vietnam provides globally specifically:
